9709 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using any part of the 9709 platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes your agreement to all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 9709 platform via https://9709.ws or its associated mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with all policies and guidelines incorporated herein by reference.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 9709 as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
9709 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of 9709 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You agree to:
- Register only one account per individual. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
- Keeping your password confidential and taking full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
- Notify 9709 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
- Ensuring that you are of legal age (18 years and above) to use the platform's services.
- Not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
9709 shall not be held responsible for any losses arising from your failure to comply with the account security requirements outlined above.
3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
As a user of the 9709 platform, you agree not to use this platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms & Conditions. In particular, you are strictly prohibited from:
- Using any automated software, bots, crawlers, or hacking tools to access or exploit the platform.
- Attempting to interfere with, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems or networks.
- Spreading false, defamatory, or misleading information about the platform or its operators.
- Using the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
- Reselling, renting, or transferring your account to any third party without prior written consent from 9709.
- Exploiting any technical bugs or system errors for unauthorised gain.
Any violation of the above rules may result in the immediate suspension or closure of your account, and 9709 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action.
4. Payments, Transactions & Deposit Policy
All financial transactions on the 9709 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits are lawfully obtained and legally compliant.
Deposit
Deposits into your 9709 account can be made via supported payment methods including e-wallets and local internet banking. All deposits are final once confirmed by the system. 9709 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal of winnings will be processed within the timeframe set for your chosen payment method. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification and compliance with anti-money laundering policies. 9709 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal.
Fees & Charges
9709 reserves the right to apply processing fees on certain transactions depending on the payment method used. Any applicable charges will be communicated to users before the transaction is confirmed. Users are responsible for any taxes that may arise from their activities on the platform in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.
5. Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
9709 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without notice if fraud is suspected, the Terms & Conditions are violated, or illegal activity is detected. Any valid balance remaining in a closed account will be refunded to the user once the investigation is complete and the legitimacy of the funds has been confirmed, except in cases where the funds are found to be connected to fraudulent activity.
Liability Limits
The 9709 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9709 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform or the information, content, or materials contained therein. 9709 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 9709 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the property of 9709 or its content providers and is protected under Malaysian and international copyright law. You are not permitted to reuse, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without the express written consent of 9709.

The 9709 platform may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided solely for your convenience. 9709 has no control over the content of those websites and assumes no responsibility for them. Access to any third-party website is entirely at your own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
9709 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via a notice on the website or to their registered email address. It is your responsibility to review the updated terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed without affecting the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
